To cancel your order, please send an email to support@eubee.com.my with the message title “Request to cancel order”, or contact us at 603- 6127 2778. Please provide your order number so may assist efficiently. However, we cannot change or cancel an order once it is shipped out you.
Eubee reserves all rights to cancel any order that appears fraudulent. All Fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities/department for further investigations.
